Fairways Edge Property Owners Association’s mission is to preserve, protect and enhance the lifestyle, property values, environment, and reputation of Fairways Edge subdivision.  Our open communication ensures that all actions taken are for the equal benefit of all. We are  dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in our community. 

Our website offers resources and information on the community.  As the Association grows,  important updates and information will be posted.  We encourage all members to actively participate in the Association and stay engaged in the community in a positive way. The structure of a Property Owners Association (POA) can vary, but initially our POA will consist of the following components:

Board of Directors: The board of directors is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the POA.   The initial Board was appointed by Thad Carter, sole Class B member of the POA. The 2024 Board of Directors was elected by members of the POA and serve a set term.   The board has the power to make decisions on behalf of the POA, such as setting budgets, establishing rules and regulations, and enforcing bylaws.

Officers: The board of directors will typically elect officers to manage the day-to-day operations of the POA. Officers may include a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer.   The board of directors currently serves as officers. 

Committees:  The POA may establish committees to manage specific functions, such as landscaping or social events.  Committees will be appointed by the board of directors.  

Members:   A member of the POA is a record owner of any lot within Fairways Edge subdivision. A member in good standing shall have the right to vote on matters related to the POA.
