Board Of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors held the annual meeting on January 22, 2025. Thank you to those members who took the time to attend the meeting. The board members enjoyed talking with members they have not previously met and saying hello to those they know.

Monthly board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Contact the POA for meeting location.

Lawn Maintenance Service

Coastal Greenery provides mowing services on Tuesday and Wednesday during the growing season.

GreenTurf Logic provides chemical treatments on Thursday and Friday of the second full week of the month. See treatment schedule for applications.

Please have gates unlocked, irrigation turned off, and toys and debris removed for mowing and treatments between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
