COMMITTEES COMING SOON

Depending on the  needs of the community, the following committees could be formed within our POA:

Architectural Advisory Committee - responsible for reviewing and approving plans for new construction, remodeling, or modifications to existing buildings to ensure compliance with community standards.

Landscape and Grounds Committee - responsible for maintaining the community's landscaping, including plants, trees, and grassy areas.

Security Committee - responsible for maintaining and monitoring the security system.

Social and Events Committee - responsible for organizing community events and activities, such as block parties, holiday celebrations, and other social gatherings.

Nominating Committee - responsible for identifying candidates for the POA board positions and counting ballots.
